24.1.0.0 (22 April 2024)
  • Now supports Solidsoft API versions 3.0 and 3.1

  • Scanning Packs

    • On Verify screen, if a pack has been dispensed, the user will be informed how many dispense attempts there have been

    • Added new image that will be displayed whenever additional Batch State or Product State information is returned by a Solidsoft Hub. Place the mouse over this image to display the details

    • Additional GS1 Validation Warning added

      • In an attempt to cut down on the number of Alerts being raised on the NMVS, the user is now warned if any of the following details appear to be invalid :-

        • Product Code

        • Serial No

        • Batch

        • Expiry

        The user must decide if they want to send the information to the National Hub or not

    • When an Alert is received, if it contains a link to the National Alert Management System the user will be able to click on the new AMS Link button to go to the AMS Login screen

    • If any responses received from the Hub are flagged as 'Retry Allowed', the user can now click on the new Retry button to resend the pack details to the Hub, without having to scan the pack again

    • NHRN / NTIN changes for Spain

    • Fixed occasional issue with tab key, while using Keyboard Wedge scanners

    • The following operation codes now return an amber response :-

      • 11420100  The pack cannot be reactivated. It is already active.

      • 11421100  The batch has been recalled in this market. The pack will be reactivated in any markets where the batch is not recalled.

      • 11421200  The product has been withdrawn in this market. The pack will be reactivated in any markets where the product is not withdrawn.

      • 41020006  The batch is exempted from FMD requirements.

      • 51420100  The pack cannot be reactivated. It is already active.

      • 51420101  The pack is already active because already reactivated at this location.

  • Scanned Log - Added the following columns to the column chooser :-

    • Dispense Attempts

    • Can Reactivate (see note)

    • Can Reactivate Until (see note)

    • Batch State

    • Batch Recall Reason

    • Product State

    • Product Withdrawal Reason

    Note : The values displayed for both 'Can Reactivate' and 'Can Reactivate Until' are the actual values as returned at the time the pack was scanned, so these may no longer be relevant

  • Scan Raw Data

    • Link to ePiL now supports GS1 Digital Link Resolver

    • Now handles the following GS1 Application Identifiers (00) (02) (15) (37)

  • Product Data

    • Request will not be sent to the Hub if :-

      • Product Code not detected in the scan

      • Product Code is recognised as an NMVS Test GTIN

    • If the Product Code scanned fails any of the GS1 validity checks the user will be asked if the request should be sent to the Hub or not

    • Link to ePiL now supports GS1 Digital Link Resolver

  • Input Devices

    • User will be warned if they try to use the same Solidsoft Client ID/Secret on multiple devices

    • Added option to skip GS1 validation warning on pack scanning screens

    • Fixed occasional issue when trying to add a new Input Device

  • System Options - Solidsoft

    • Reports URL is now displayed and can be customised

    • Reports API Version is now displayed and can be customised

  • Operation Codes can be customised to play an Audio Alert when that reply is returned by the Hub

  • Reports no longer depend on Crystal Reports runtimes

    • Added facility to record a Job ID against each batch of items scanned

    • Added Job Report button to allow the list of scanned items to be printed, grouped by Product Code and Batch Number. This report can also be retrieved retrospectively by right-clicking on an item in the Scanned Log

    • Added facility to print and scan an Aggregated ID

    • Aggregated jobs will now be sent (as recommended) as a single bulk transaction where appropriate. User can still choose to send as multiple single pack requests (if required)

      • Button is now only visible for operations supported by Arvato API

      • Allows for optional batch number to be entered. Whilst product code and serial number are mandatory for all manual queries, use of the batch number better facilitates inter market queries

    • Arvato NMVS notifications are now displayed. You may need to go to System Options to accept Terms & Conditions and/or to change your password in countries where these are mandatory

    • The total number of packs at the bottom left hand of the screen will be displayed in red if any pack scanned in the job returns a red response

    • Fixed occasional issue when no wholesaler details were returned from the national hub

    • More meaningful message now displayed if pack scanned does not exist on national hub
