The user must decide if they want to send the information to the National Hub or not

When an Alert is received, if it contains a link to the National Alert Management System the user will be able to click on the new AMS Link button to go to the AMS Login screen

If any responses received from the Hub are flagged as 'Retry Allowed', the user can now click on the new Retry button to resend the pack details to the Hub, without having to scan the pack again
